We’re excited to offer this feature soon and appreciate your honest feedback as you review the app.

What to expect from a beta test

As a beta tester, you get a sneak peak at the app before we launch to our users. Your feedback is valuable in making this mobile app experience the best it can be.
TASK: As a beta tester, you will be asked to download our mobile app, take a course (free of charge) and provide your feedback on your experience.

DATES: The beta test will run from September 29 through October 6. You will need to complete your test and review between those dates.

TIME: Please set aside 2–3 hours to complete this beta test if possible. We would like you to have our feedback survey open on a separate device if you can, so that you can provide feedback as you are exploring and using the app.

DEADLINE: The beta test will close on October 6, so be sure to submit your feedback by then!

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:You will be assigned a course to take on our app (free of charge). Upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion with CEUs.

Please fill out this form to enroll in the beta test and select which course you'd like to take. Sign up for the beta test closes on September 28.

If you've already taken both courses listed, but would still like to participate, we can make a substitution for you. Please fill out the form and select "I've taken both courses but would still like to participate"

If you were assigned to take the course LEARN TO SIGN...

Please follow the steps below:
  1. Download our mobile app on your preferred device.
  2. Log in with your www.bertelseneducation.com account.
  3. Click the 'Open the Feedback Form' button below to load the feedback form. Please give feedback while you are using the app so we can get your live thoughts.
  4. Explore the app. Click on every button you can to get a feel for the app in general, then fill out the first section of this feedback form (General App Feedback)
  5. On the 'My Dashboard' page, scroll down until you see the section titled 'View a demo course (and get a free certificate!)'
  6. Click on the course Learn to Sign.
  7. Take the course, and either during or after you finish the course, fill out the second section of this feedback form (Taking a Course Feedback)

If you were assigned to take the course HAVING HARD CONVERSATIONS...

Please follow the steps below:
  1. Visit the payment page to "purchase" the app. (Use the 'Get the course' button below)
  2. Log in with your www.bertelseneducation.com account, or create an account by filling out the information in section 1.
  3. Skip the credit card information, instead enter the coupon code BETATEST in the 'Have a coupon' field and click redeem to apply it.
  4. Click continue to finalize your "purchase"
  5. Download the app on your preferred device.
  6. Click the 'Open the Feedback Form' button below to load the feedback form. Please give feedback while you are using the app so we can get your live thoughts.
  7. Explore the app. Click on every button you can to get a feel for the app in general, then fill out the first section of this feedback form (General App Feedback)
  8. Navigate to the 'My Courses' page and click on the course title to start it.
  9. Take the course, and either during or after you finish the course, fill out the second section of this feedback form (Taking a Course Feedback)
