Connect Before You Correct

Childcare providers are shaping the future generation. This course will teach you how to shape behavior in a positive way, by teaching you how to cultivate respect and be an effective emotional coach for the children in your care. We will discuss the importance of keying emotions and filtering out personal issues before helping to correct others.
