I'm having technical difficulties, what do I do?

I failed a final exam. Do I get more tries?

Yes. After you go back and review the course material you missed, let us know you're ready for more tries by filling out a support ticket.

Where can I find a copy of my certificates?

1) Login using the username and password you created at checkout.
2) Choose View my profile and courses to go to your profile page. Or you can click My Dashboard.
3) Scroll to Achievements section, and find the certificate you're looking for.
4) Click the blue PDF icon to download the certificate to your device.

Do the courses I purchase expire?

Yes. We review our courses periodically to ensure that our material meets current guidelines and industry standards. Once you purchase a course, you will have access to it for 12 months, after which it will expire. This is to ensure that you are getting the most current information in the courses you take.
