How can I make a purchase?

You can purchase our courses individually or you can purchase a state package for you or your center.
To purchase courses individually:
  1. Visit our course catalog
  2. Find the course you want to purchase and click on it
  3. Click on the Enroll button
  4. Fill out the information to create an account or sign in
  5. Enter payment information and click Continue to finalize the purchase.
To purchase a state package:
  1. Visit our home page
  2. Click on your state from the map
  3. Select the package you want to purchase
  4. Fill out the purchase form to select your package and add ons
  5. Enter payment information
  6. You'll receive instructions to your email with more information on signing up

I'm having technical difficulties, what do I do?

If you're having problems with the website, let us know by submitting a support ticket. Click the button above to submit a support ticket. Note, you must be logged in to submit a ticket.

Where can I find a copy of my certificates?

Any certificates you've earned are saved to your profile on www.bertelseneducation.com. Follow the steps below to find it:
1) Login using the username and password you created at checkout.
2) Choose View my profile and courses to go to your profile page. Or you can click My Dashboard.
3) Scroll to Certificates Earned section, and find the certificate you're looking for.
4) Click the blue PDF icon to download the certificate to your device.

Do the courses I purchase expire?

Yes. We review our courses periodically to ensure that our material meets current guidelines and industry standards. Once you purchase a course, you will have access to it for 12 months, after which it will expire. This is to ensure that you are getting the most current information in the courses you take.
