I'm having technical difficulties, what do I do?

Do the courses I purchase expire?

Yes. We review our courses periodically to ensure that our material meets current guidelines and industry standards. Once you purchase a course, you will have access to it for 12 months, after which it will expire. This is to ensure that you are getting the most current information in the courses you take.

Can I get a refund?

How do I schedule a group course?

To schedule a group course, email [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Date you'd like to do the training - we require at least 2 weeks notice
  • Number of participants - we require a minimum of 10 people
  • Which training you'd like to do - all of our courses are available for group courses

That's it! We'll be in touch to discuss more details about purchasing, signing up and completing your group course.

I failed a final exam, do I get more tries?

Yes. After you go back and review the course material you missed, let us know you're ready for more tries by filling out a support ticket.
