  1. Participants will demonstrate an understanding of organizational leadership within the context of early childhood education, including the ability to define different leadership styles and identify qualities of effective leaders.
  2. Participants will develop strategies for setting clear expectations and goals, providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities, offering supportive feedback and coaching, and promoting collaboration and team building among staff members.
