  1. Participants will demonstrate an understanding of organizational leadership within the context of early childhood education, including the ability to define different leadership styles and identify qualities of effective leaders.

Juggling the chaos and charm of being a mom to two little humans, she stumbled into a career in Early Childhood Education—thanks to her family for that unexpected plot twist. With a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, specializing in Early Childhood Education, Sammantha adds a touch of academic flair to her endeavors and has a passion for connecting the book smarts of early childhood education with the fun she believes working everyday in ECE should be.

Tiffany Turner

Tiffany has her Bachelors in Education from Penn West University of Pennsylvania and twenty years of experience in the early childhood education industry from an Infant Teacher to Multi Unit Leader. She is a bonus mama to two boys and has two little ones of her own. Tiffany is a proud mom, child and community advocate, and an avid learner!
