  1. Participants will demonstrate an understanding of organizational leadership within the context of early childhood education, including the ability to define different leadership styles and identify qualities of effective leaders.
  2. Participants will develop strategies for setting clear expectations and goals, providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities, offering supportive feedback and coaching, and promoting collaboration and team building among staff members.
  3. Participants will learn techniques for creating a positive and inclusive organizational culture, recognizing and rewarding staff contributions, implementing work-life balance initiatives, and addressing challenges and concerns proactively to enhance staff retention.
  4. Participants will be able to reflect on key takeaways from the course and develop personalized action plans for implementing leadership strategies within their own early childhood education settings.
