  4. Determine strategies to support mentees in improving their communication through Reflective Practice to respectfully address challenges with co-workers
  5. Create a plan for using observations and Reflective Practice language and techniques to support mentees in communicating their thoughts, feelings, opinions, and concerns to respectfully address challenges
