  1. Identify ways that Reflective Practice language and techniques can make two-way communication between mentees and families successful 
  2. Modify language used by mentors and mentees to include Reflective Practice language and techniques, meet the needs and communication preferences of families, and improve mentees’ communication with families
  3. Recommend Reflective Practice language and strategies for mentees to use to build an inclusive classroom community, communicate child progress, and address challenges with families
  4. Analyze how Reflective Practice language and strategies can be used to support mentees in communicating child progress with families
  5. Develop a plan to support mentees in effectively documenting and respectfully communicating observations of child progress with families using a Reflective Practice approach
  6. Evaluate the impact of Reflective Practice on your role as a mentor and how it has helped your mentees
